SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

OUR CANDLES

Our products are handcrafted using only premium U.S. grown soy bean wax, all natural cotton braided wicks, and phthalate free fragrance oils infused with essential oils. All of our products are lead free, zinc free, and paraffin free with packaging and containers manufactured and sourced here in the United States. Each candle is hand poured to perfection and shipped from our hometown of Bend, Oregon.


MINIMUM ORDER

There is a $250 first time opening order minimum. All reorders must reach $150 to qualify for any promotions or specials. Please remit orders to orders@brokentopcandleco.com.


SAMPLES & TESTERS

Samples may be purchased at half off wholesale cost. One sample per SKU only. Contact us to request samples at info@brokentopcandleco.com.
Sample/Tester pricing: 9 oz. Soy Candle: $5.50 • 4 oz. Linen Spray:
$4.00 • 8 oz. Lotion: $5.00 • Perfume: $6.00


PAYMENTS

All orders to be paid in full to Broken Top Candle Company prior to order shipping. Terms may be requested on established accounts. Please contact us for application requirements at info@brokentopcandleco.com.


SHIPPING

Wholesale orders are shipped via UPS Ground Shipping Service within 7-10 business days of order being received. Expedited Shipping and alternative shipping methods are available, please contact us. Processing times may be prolonged during high volume months. Buyer is responsible for any returns, exchanges, expedited shipping, and overall shipping costs. Monthly or annual
promotions may offset these costs. Please contact us for any current wholesale specials or promotions.


DAMAGES

Our candles are all packaged to the best of our ability to protect from damage during shipping. Should you receive a package with damaged product, please email us at orders@brokentopcandleco.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your product. Please do not discard any shipping materials until a claim has been filed.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If buyer is for any reason unsatisfied with product selection, an exchange or return may be made within 7 calendar days of receiving product. Candles and their containers must be in the EXACT condition received; have not been lit,
scratched, labels removed, and in original packaging, etc.. Buyer will
be responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us for more information regarding returns. CHANGES TO TERMS Broken Top Candle Company has the discretion to update these terms at any time. By purchasing you acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review and understand these terms.
